低瓦斯矿井瓦斯爆炸机理研究

摘    要:为分析低瓦斯矿井瓦斯爆炸机理,阐述了低瓦斯矿井瓦斯爆炸的必要条件和爆炸原因。以潞安新疆公司一矿一起低瓦斯爆炸事故为例,对此瓦斯爆炸的过程和原因进行了说明和研究。结果表明:由于煤炭自然发火使爆点周围具有火源,导致火点周围煤体高温干馏,而高温干馏过程产生了大量可燃、可爆气体,使得密闭火区新鲜空气迅速减少,经检测,混合气体中氧气体积分数在12%以上,且距火点300 m以外的回风流中瓦斯体积分数达到2.13%,据推算,火源点处瓦斯浓度更高。由于满足了瓦斯爆炸的三要素(瓦斯、火源、氧气)条件,导致爆炸事故发生。
