放顶煤液压支架的创新与发展

摘    要:回顾我国放顶煤技术的发展历程,介绍了我国放顶煤液压支架的创新成果,着重阐述我国放顶煤液压支架的最新发展、大采高放顶煤液压支架的应用及其采用的关键技术,如:专利技术新型双四连杆中通式大空间支架稳定机构、抗冲击立柱、支架稳定性措施及煤壁片帮控制措施等。分析了新型分体组合式直线型放顶煤液压支架的特点及其适应性和稳定性,并提出放顶煤液压支架发展的方向应为:发展两柱放顶煤液压支架、轻型放顶煤液压支架、大采高放顶煤支架、浅埋深厚煤层放顶煤液压支架和深部矿井厚煤层放顶煤液压支架等。
