摘    要:结合某汽轮机可倾瓦轴承温度偏高故障,介绍了可倾瓦轴承工作原理,分析了其温度偏高的原因,并给出了导致设备损坏事故的具体故障和缺陷。通过更换新轴承和焊接修复顶轴油管,汽轮机的轴承金属温度、润滑油温度、振动等相关参数恢复正常状态。

Abstract:In combination of the overheating fault of tilting-pad bearing of a steam turbine,the working principal of the tilting-pad bearing is introduced and its overheating cause is analyzed,during which the specific failure causes are found out.Relevant parameters,including bearing metal temperature,lubricating oil temperature,vibration,etc.,of the turbine are restored to the normal conditions by replacing with a new bearing and repairing the jacking oil pipe by welding process.
