摘    要:针对某百万千瓦核电汽轮机轴承及其他机组同类型轴承温度偏高的共性问题,建立了轴承温度和轴承标高变化对轴承温度影响的计算程序,将其计算结果与制造厂的计算数据进行对比,以验证是否存在设计问题和评估轴承实际运行温度是否过高。结合计算结果、检修数据和运行参数,分析了汽轮机部分轴承温度高的原因,提出了相应的处理措施。检修实施后的结果表明:计算方法符合实际,采取措施后消除了故障的根源。

Abstract:Aiming at the common problems that the temperature of turbine bearing in a 1 000 MW nuclear power station as well as of same type bearings in other units is too high,a program is established for calculating the bearing temperature and analyzing the influence of bearing elevation on the temperature.The calculation result is compared with that of the manufacturer,so as to verify whether there are problems in the design and evaluate whether the actual operation temperature of the bearing is too high.Based on the calculation result,maintenance data and operation parameters,an analysis is made on the cause of bearing overheating,for which corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Implementation results show that the computation method meets actual requirements and has helped to eliminate the overheating failures of the turbine bearing.
