摘    要:针对光伏电池上的热斑问题,分析了热斑生成的原因和对发电性能的影响,介绍了红外热像仪检测热斑的方法,并探讨了用旁路二极管解决热斑危害的可能性,以提高光伏电池组件的寿命。

Abstract:Aiming at the hot spots on photovoltaic cells,the cause of hot spot generation and influence on power generation performance are analyzed,and the hot spot detection method with thermal infrared imager is introduced.In addition,the possibility of using bypass diodes to solve the harm caused by hot spots is discussed,so as to extend the service life of photovoltaic cells.
