锅炉灰渣含碳量过高的原因分析及处理

摘    要:介绍了SZL15-2.5/400-AⅡ锅炉的结构,对该锅炉运行后灰渣含碳量过高的原因进行了分析,提出了该锅炉炉排侧密封及配风方式设计不合理,是造成其结焦和灰渣含碳量过高的主要原因,而掺烧沼气则加剧了上述事故的发生。为此,提出了一些有效的改进措施。

Abstract:Small-capacity coal-fired industrial boilers are generally used in factories in China for process steam generation. In this work, the construction of the SZL15-2.5/400-AII boiler and the quality of coal supplied to the boiler were described. On the basis of this, the problem of excessive carbon content in the ash residue from the boiler was analyzed, and solutions for improvement were presented.
