摘    要:以香兰素和1,2-丙二醇为原料,HZSM-5、HY、USY、HB、HMCM-22和HMCM-41不同类型分子筛为催化剂,催化合成了香兰素1,2-丙二醇缩醛。对上述分子筛进行了N2吸附—脱附、吸附吡啶的FT-IR表征。结果表明,HMCM-22分子筛具有最高的活性,各种分子筛活性顺序为:HMCM-22〉H13〉USY〉HY〉HZSM-5〉HMCM-41。HMCM-22分子筛具有最高的催化活性,因为它具有最大的二次孔的体积和适宜的酸性。

Abstract:The vanillin 1, 2-propylene glycol aeetal was synthesized using vanillin and 1, 2-propylene glycol as starting materials and HZSM-5, HY, Hβ, HMCM-22, HMCM-41 different type molecular sieve as the catalyst. The catalysts were characterized by means of N2 adsorpion-desorption and FT-IR of adsorption pyridine. The results indicate that the HMCM-22 molecular sieve has the higher activity and the each kind of molecular sieve active order is: HMCM-22 〉 Hβ 〉 USY 〉 HY 〉 HZSM-5 〉 HMCM-41. The higher activity was clue to the large secondary pore structure of HMCM-22 molecular sieve and the suitable acidity.
