| 摘 要： | 在新的历史条件下，企业党组织的工作必须适应形势快速发展的要求，更加有力地促进企业中心工作的开展和阶段性目标的实现。文章从强化理论学习、抓好人才建设、创新党组织自身建设、改进思想政治工作、建设企业文化等方面，阐述了发挥好党组织的政治核心作用，不断加强党组织能力建设的思路和方法。

| Abstract: | Under new historical conditions,the work of Party Organization in enterprise must adapt to the requirement of rapid development of situation,promote more powerfully development of central work and realize stage targets in enterprise.This paper illustrated ideas and methods to play the role of political center of the Party organization and constantly strengthen capacity construction of Party organization in terms of strengthening theory study,well doing intelligent construction,innovating self-construction of the Party organization,improving ideological and political work and constructing enterprise culture. |
