| Abstract: | The present paper introduces all personnal and full process management method for the overhaul and revamp project in the No.3 Sintering Plant of WISCO and discusses and analyzes its characteristics and briefly describes the implementation process of this method as well as the practice of commissioning of new equipments. Better results have been achieved in the project. |
