| 摘 要： | 根据荆门石化反渗透系统的运行情况,对引起反渗透膜污染的各种物质进行了综合分析,针对膜的微生物污染、无机盐污染、有机物污染等情况提出了控制措施。同时结合多次的反渗透膜清洗经验,总结出一套适用于以地表水为水源的反渗透膜污染的化学清洗方法,如系统管路冲洗,分段碱洗,杀菌,一、二段串联酸洗。

| Abstract: | This various substances resulting in the membrane fouling of reverse osmosis(RO)were comprehensively analyzed on the basis of the running condition of RO membrane system in Jinmen Petrochemical Plant,and the controlling measures were put forward in light of mierobia fonling,inorganic salts fouling and organic compound fouling etc.Meanwhile conditions,combining with the many experiences of RO membrane cleaning,a set of chemical cleaning methods adapting to the RO membrane fonling with the surface water as sources were summarized such as flushing of system piping,staged soda washing,sterilizing,and acid cleaning of primary and secondary section series connection. |
