| 摘 要： | 总结了当前国内电网调度系统远动技术的发展现状,介绍了 IEC60870-5-104 传输规约在电网远动传输中的应用.分析了其传输报文的格式、基本功能和传输模式.着重讨论了用于现场的系统结构方案以及在调度自动化系统中软件的设计方案.对其应用条件及技术难点进行了分析.这些方案在实际应用中取得了较好的效果.

| Abstract: | The present siutation of the development of telecontrol technique for power network dispatching system in China is summarized and the application of IEC 60870-5-104 transmission protocol in power network data transmission is expounded. The format of message, its basic function and the transmission mode are analyzed, the on-site system architecture project and the design plan of the software for dispatching automation system are emphatically researched. The application condition and the difficulties of IEC 60870-5-104 transmission protocol are analyzed and good results are obtained by use of IEC protocol. |
