摘    要:文章介绍了钢球磨煤机中储式制粉系统的工艺流程和特点,建立了制粉系统的数学模型,并设计了该系统的无模型自适应预测控制器。仿真结果表明,该预测控制器具有超调量小、动态性能好等特点。

Abstract:The paper introduced technical process and characteristics of coal-pulverizing system of ball mill,established a mathematics model of coal-pulverizing system,desinged model-free self-adaptive prediction controller.The simulation result showed that the controller has characteristics such as small(overshoot) and good dynamic performance.
