单极型有机半导体酞菁铜晶体管的工作特性

摘    要:根据试制的Au/CuPc/Al/CuPc/Au结构的垂直导电沟道有机薄膜晶体管的测试结果,分析了该晶体管的工作机理.由实验结果可知,驱动电压低,呈不饱和电流-电压特性.晶体管的工作特性依赖于栅极电压和铝电极的结构,垂直导电沟道有利于改善有机晶体管的工作特性.

Abstract:The paper analylizes the operation characteristics of this kind of transistor according to the test results of the fabricated a Au/CuPc/Al/CuPc/of structure organic thin film transistor with vertical conductive channel.The results exhibit that the kind of transistor has characteristics of lower driving voltage and nonsaturation current-voltage.Its operation characteristics depend on the gate voltage and the construction of the aluminum electrode.The vertical conductive channel is profitable to improve the operation characteristics of organic stransistor.
