不同蜜环菌菌株酯酶同工酶及过氧化物同工酶的研究

摘    要:研究不同来源蜜环菌菌株的酯酶同工酶及过氧化物同工酶图谱的变化规律;采用不连续垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法;同一菌株在不同的培养天数同工酶谱带的条数不同,但具有一定数量迁移率(Rf)相同的谱带贯穿于整个培养时间。不同蜜环菌菌株具有各自特征性谱带。结果表明,同工酶谱带的多少及活性与菌丝的生产速度及代谢的强弱成正相关。

Abstract:The chang e of esterase and peroxidase isozymes of different Armillaria mellea strains was studied using discontinuous vertical slab polypropylene acryl amide g el eletrophoresis.The patterns and activiies of isozymes in the same strain exibited some difference at different culture days,but some of isozyme bands with same Rf value were visible in whole culture period.Each strain had its peculiar bands.It's concluded the number of isozyme bands and enzyme activity were proportional to the g rowing rate of mycelia as well as its metabolic activity.
