摘    要:采用色谱-质谱和添加模型化合物的方法,研究了汽油藏洗后诱导期下降的原因,结果表明,汽油在碱洗过程中主要脱除的是酚类化合物,酚类物质具有较强的抗氧化性能,碱洗脱酚是导致诱导下降的真正原因,实验指出,采用低碱浓度,高油剂比和单程通过的碱洗工艺将有利于保持汽油应有的诱导期。

Abstract:By means of GC MS analysis and model compounds,the reason of decrease in the induction period of RFCC gasoline during alkali cleaning was investigated.The experimental results show that the principle material in the extractive is phenol which can reduce the oxidation of gasoline.After phenol is extracted from gasoline by aqueous caustic,induction period of the gasoline will decrease.It is believed that alkali cleaning with low concentration of alkali,high ratio of gasoline to the alkali solution and single pass operation would be better than with high concentration of alkali,low ratio of gasoline to the solution and cycle operation for induction period of gasoline.Sulfuric compounds do not have much effect because of its low contain although they may reduce induction period of RFCC gasoline.
