微硅复合低密度水泥浆的室内研究与应用

摘    要:介绍了微硅复合低密度水泥浆的性能、作用机理及现场应用情况。室内试验结果表明 ,该水泥浆体系具有密度低、抗压强度高、水泥浆沉降稳定性高、游离液含量低的特点 ,并有良好的抗高温稳定性。该体系在 12 0多口井进行了现场应用 ,固井合格率 10 0 % ,优良率达 91.8% ,成功地克服了目前常用的一些低密度水泥浆体系的固有缺陷 ,是提高低压易漏失井固井质量的一项有效措施。

Abstract:This paper introduces the properties, working mechanisms and field applications of silicon composite low density cement slurry. The lab test results show that the system has many advantages, such as low density, high compressive strength, high settling stability, low free fluid content and good high temperature resistance stability. The field applications in 120 wells show that the qualification rate of cementing is 100% and that the rate of excellence is 91.8%. The inner defects of some certain low density cement slurry system are overcome. It is an effective measure to improve the cementing quality in low pressure wells which is liable to leak off.
