| 摘 要： | 从某国家重点实验室实际出发,研究现代科学研究环境下,科技信息资源保障环境及用户行为的转变,总结科技信息部门应该规避的误区,提出新的信息资源保障模式.同时对科技信息资源建设的可持续发展进行了探讨,提出了信息部门核心能力和知识服务的实现模式.
