| 摘 要： | 油雾润滑是轴承润滑的理想方式.在化纤生产设备中,油雾润滑技术以其众多的优点成为高速轴承润滑方式的首选.介绍了日本TMT公司油雾润滑系统的结构原理,并在实际使用中对部分设计安装中的缺陷进行了改进,提高了设备效率.此方法可有效地保证稳定生产和降低维修费用,对同行业有积极的借鉴作用和推广意义.

| Abstract: | Oil mist lubrication is an ideal way for bearing lubrication system.Due to the much advantages,oil mist lubrication technology become the first choice for high-speed bearing lubrication in the fiber production equipment.This article introduces the structure and principle of the Japanese TMT oil mist lubrication system and modification of the design and installation in the actual practice.This method is effectively to keep steady production and low consumption and has positive reference function and win popularity in the industry. |
