热式质量流量计在多通道管路系统中的应用

摘    要:根据多通道管路系统的结构特点,设计了一种专门用于此类系统流量测量的热式质量流量计.针对该流量计量系统,在综合误差分析的基础上,理论和实验研究了流量和输入电压、气流温度之间的关系,提出了在严格控制输入电压的情况下,还需对气流温度进行修正的思想.最后,对某一多通道管路系统,采用设计的热式质量流量计和普通热线风速仪进行了性能比较,在小流量测量时,其测量误差小于5%,试验时间缩短10倍.实验结果表明:该流量测试系统无论在准确度和数据采集方面都有显著的优点.

Abstract:Based on the structure feature of the multi-channel systems,a thermal mass flowmeter to measure the mass flow is introduced.The correlation of the voltage and the air temperature with mass flow is extensively investigated in theory and experiment.Idea of the air temperature compensation is proposed under input voltage control.At last,the performance of thermal mass flowmeter and thermal type anemometer used in a multi-channel system is compared experimentally.The measurement error is less than 5 percent and the experiment time is shortened by a factor of 10.The result shows that with the designed thermal mass flowmeter,both the measurement accuracy and data acquisition rate can be better over the latter.
