基于ADAMS的曲柄摇杆机构的运动精度仿真研究

摘    要:通过建立了曲柄摇杆机构的虚拟样机模型并对模型进行了参数化。通过仿真可建立杆长制造误差、运动副间隙与连杆曲线轨迹精度的数量级别关系,为曲柄摇杆机构的制造、装配提供了依据。

Abstract:The ideal virtual prototype model of crank - rocker mechanism in the ADAMS software is established, and virtual prototypes models with bar error and with joint clearance are established, too. And these models are parameterized. It is established by simulation that the quantity relation between coupler - curve path precision and manufacturing errors of bar - lengths and joint clearance. This study provides the basis of manufacture and assembly of crank - rocker mechanism.
