淬硬碳素工具钢高速铣削力试验研究

摘    要:对淬硬碳素工具钢T10进行了高速铣削试验,研究了铣削速度、铣削深度、铣削宽度、进给速度对铣削力的影响。结果表明:铣削力随着铣削速度的增加先增大后减小;铣削力随着铣削深度的增大而增大,且变化明显;铣削力分别随着进给速度和铣削宽度的增大而增大,但变化不明显。

Abstract:High speed milling of quenched carbon tool steel T10 is researched.The effect of milling speed,milling depth,milling width and feed speed on milling force is focused on.The results show the milling force with the increase of milling speed first increases,then decreases.The milling force grows observably as milling depth increases.The milling force grows as the feed speed and milling width increases,but its influence is less.
