摘    要:采用Mooney-Rivlin超弹性材料模型,进行封隔器坐封过程的有限元分析。研究橡胶材料参数的获得方法,采用有限滑动接触模型定义了胶筒与隔环、套管、中心管的接触。计算结果证明封隔器的结构改进设计是合理的。

Abstract:Using the Mooney-Rivlin as the rubber's hyper elasticity model,the finite element analysis has been used to the packer's setting process.The computational method of rubber's material parameter is researched,and the finite sliding contact model is used to define the contact between the rubber canister and the other steel parts.According to the results of finite element analysis,the conclusion is drawn that the design of new packer is successful could be obtained.
