计算机语言在UG参数化设计中的应用

摘    要:介绍了参数化设计的思想,以UG软件为平台,根据计算机语言表达式的运算规则,定义了六角头螺栓尺寸参数的表达式,并通过修改螺纹规格和实际计算的螺栓长度两个尺寸参数,建立了六角头螺栓标准件库。通过验证,说明了建立该标准件库的方法是正确的,对其他标准件库或零件库的建立有实际参考价值。

Abstract:The idea of parameterized design is introduced based on UG.According to the operation rules of computer language expression,the expressions of the size parameters of hexagon head bolt are defined.And by modifying the size of thread and the actual length of bolt,the standard parts library of hexagon head bolt is built.The verification result shows that the method of building this standard parts library is correct and provides valuable preferences for the establishment of other standard parts library.
