| 摘 要： | 为了解决汽车动力转向器装配时多品种、小批量的快速换型问题和实现装配线产能的最大化,通过利用成组技术对汽车动力转向器进行产品分组,设计出基于成组技术的装配用随行夹具,满足了汽车动力转向器装配时多品种、小批量的快速换型,最终实现了装配线产能最大化的目标. |

| Abstract: | Since there are many types of steering gear assembled in the same assembly line,to change the corresponding pallets as fast as possible and ensure the maximum production,according to group technology(GT),the paper grouped the steering gears in several groups,and designed pallets for assembly line upon GT,realized fast changing pallets when frequently changing type,and reached the maximum production of the assembly line. |
