重型车用新型硅油风扇离合器的设计

摘    要:硅油风扇离合器是一种有效的节能产品,国外对其应用非常重视。这里对影响硅油风扇离合器性能因素进行了分析,并对影响离合器性能的重要结构尺寸进行了优化设计。开发了一种新型的用于重型车的硅油风扇离合器并对产品进行了台架实验和实验分析。实验结果表明,该硅油风扇离合器具有较好的温度响应特性和较低的功率消耗,取得满意效果,达到了设计目的。

Abstract:Silicon oil clutch is a kind of efficient energy-saving product.It has been attached importance to it's merit abroad.This Paper analyse the factors that affect the performance of silicon oil clutch and optimize the key configur ation.A new kind of silicon oil clutch used for heavy truck has been developed, Performace and experimental data of silicon oil fan clutch are summarized throug h bench testing. The test result shows that the optimized clutch can make a rapid response to temperature and has less consumption of power. A satisfied result has been gained.
