弧形反底拱棚联合锚注支护控制底鼓技术研究

摘    要:秦源煤业有限公司北翼520轨道石门底板为含有大量黏土类矿物的泥岩层,由于底板遇水膨胀,原有支护方式不合理,导致巷道底鼓严重。通过对底鼓机理的分析,提出了采用弧形反底拱棚联合锚注支护控制底鼓的方法,工程实践表明巷道底鼓得到了有效控制。

Abstract:520 rail shek mun floor of QinYuan Mining Co.,Ltd contains a lot of clay minerals of mudstone layer,because of mudstone in water expanded and form of the original supporting was unreasonable,lead to the roadway serious heave.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of the floor heave,the paper introduces the method that can control the floor heave with arc inverted-arch combined bolt-grouting supporting,engineering practice shows that floor heave has been effectively controlled.
