摘    要:研究了Mo 添加量对铣削用TiC-TiN(nm)-WC-Mo2C-Ni-Co 金属陶瓷的组织特征、力学性能和断口形貌的影响。结果表明,金属陶瓷的组织为典型的两相结构特征, 其中陶瓷相的芯/壳结构(core/rim structure)与溶解析出机制有关。少量Mo的加入能提高材料的力学性能。断口SEM 分析表明:断裂机理为典型的混合型断裂(穿晶断裂和沿晶断裂), 金属相存在着明显撕裂的痕迹。

Abstract:A study was made on the effects of Mo addition on the microstructural characteristics, mechanical properties and fractography of nano-TiN modified cermets which are applied to milling tools. The results show that the cermet exhibits a typical two-phase microstructure (i.e. metallic phase and ceramic phase embedded in the metallic phase). The formation of core/rim structure of the ceramic phase is relevant to the dissolution and deposition mechanism. A small addition of Mo can improve the mechanical properties of the cermets. In addition, a SEM analysis of the fracture surface suggests there is a mixture cracking mechanism (transgranular failure and intergranular failure), and that the metallic phase has apparent tears.
