汽车钢质同步环精密成形与实验研究

摘    要:对汽车钢质同步环的成形过程进行了计算机模拟,分析了不同阶段材料的流动情况及模具结构与坯料尺寸对成形质量的影响,同时对同步环模具的失效形式进行分析,指出模具表层温度升高是造成模具失效的主要原因。为提高模具使用寿命与产品成形性能,对成形工艺进行了改进。结果表明:模拟结果与实际生产相符,大大缩短了同步环的开发周期;采用热锻+温整复合成形工艺后,齿形的充填更加饱满,模具受力状况得到了改善,使用寿命得到了一定的提高。

Abstract:We simulate the forming process of a synchronizing steel ring and analyze the flow of materials in different stages and the influence of the size of a blank and structure of a die on the quality of the forming. We also analyze the failure form of the die of the synchronizing ring and point out the major cause of the failure is the increasing of temperature at the surface layer of the die. In order to raise the service life of the die and the performance of the workpiece formed, we improve the forming process. The failure analysis results indicate that the simulation results are in comformity with engineering practice. It takes less time to develop a synchronizing ring. The use of hot forging plus warm plastic forming technology enhances the stress condition of the die and prolongs its service life.
