管道漏磁在线检测技术

摘    要:管道是石油和天然气长距离输送的主要方式.漏磁检测技术是管道在线检测的主要方法.介绍了管理道在线漏磁检测系统的研究背景、检测原理以及检测系统的基本结构.为适应大管径管道的检测要求及提高检测精度,利用一阶差分及嵌入式零树编码的方法对管道漏磁检测数据进行压缩,并得到了较为满意的压缩比.研究了基于FPCA和DSP的管道漏磁的线检测系统.应用有限元法分析研究了漏磁信号的特点,应用神经网络及多传感器数据融合技术对管道缺陷进行智能识别.

Abstract:Pipeline isthe main manner of long distance transportation of oil and natural gas.Magnetic Flux Leakage(MFL) detectingtechnologyisthe main method of on-lineinspection.Inthis paper weintroducedthe research back-ground,inspection principle and the basic structure of inspection device of high precision on-line MFLinspectionsystemwhich owned self-determination information property right.In order to fit the detecting demand for pipelinewhich having bigger diameter andimprovethe measurement accuracy,one order difference method and embeddedze-ro coding method were appliedto compress the MFLdata which obtained a satisfied compression rate.The newon-line MFLinspection systemis developed and designed based on FPGAand DSP.Characteristics of MFLsignal hasbeenstudied byadopting Finite-element analysis approachand neural networkand multi-sensors datafusiontechnol-ogy has been employedto recognize the pipeline defect intelligently.
