| 摘 要： | 在网络化集成制造概念的基础上，建立了网络化集成制造系统的5层体系结构，其核心为市场和客户，从内到外分别合作伙伴层、支持中心层、支撑分系统层和功能分系统层。提出了基于网络化集成制造系统的网络联盟企业2种运作模式。分别为面向大企业的有核心企业模式和面向中小企业的无核心企业模式。开发了网络化集成制造系统的应用系统－－陶瓷产品网络化集成制造系统，并在有关企业及其合作伙伴中实际应用。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the conception of a networked integrated manufacturing (NIM), the architecture of networked integrated manufacturing system (NIMS) is set up. This architecture includes five layers, they are market/customers, partners, support centers, support subsystems, functional subsystems. Two different operation modes of extended enterprises based on NIMS are presented. One mode is around a core enterprise, and another mode without core enterprise is oriented to small medium sized enterprises (SMEs). As an application system of NIMS, the Networked Integrated Manufacturing System of Ceramic Products (CP-NIMS) is developed, and has been already applied in the product design and manufacturing and marketing in related Ceramics Company of Chongqing. |
