塑性精确理论在双轴柔性滚弯技术中的应用

摘    要:将塑性精确理论应用到双轴柔性滚弯技术的理论分析,得到了滚弯变形时板内的径向应力、周向应力和弯矩的计算公式,并结合工件外部受力和经典回弹公式,给出了一个具体算例。计算结果表明,塑性精确理论提高了柔性滚弯分析精度,可以更好地解释工件的成形机理,具有一定的实用性。

Abstract:The plastic precision theory considering the separated effects of stress neutral layer and the strain one from centrical layer of a machined plate during elasto-plastic pure bending was applied in the analysis of TABTER at the first time. Formulas on radial stress, round stress and bending moment of the bending plate were derived. Based on the precision theory combined with workpiece bearing forces outside and the classical springback formula, a calculation example was given. It is shown that the analytic precision has been improved and the forming principles of TABTER can be explained more reasonably.
