基于灰色理论与BP神经网络的电力负荷预报

摘    要:为了提高电力负荷预报的精确度和稳定性,基于灰色理论和BP神经网络,提出了电力负荷预报方法。该方法在预测精确度和稳定性方面都比单一的灰色理论预报方法有明显的提高。经实例预测表明,此方法的预报相对误差可以达到1.69%以内。

Abstract:To increase the accuracy and stability of the forecasting of the electric power load, this paper puts forward an estimating method of the electric power load according to the gray theory and BP neuron network. The method improves obviously the accuracy and stability of forecasting compared to the single gray theory estimating method. The relative error lower 1.69% by forecasting example.
