摘    要:提出了一种新型的12脉波自耦变压整流器(ATRU),具有结构简单、可靠性高、功率因数高等突出优点。将其用于风力发电场合,可以解决当前风力发电机组中PWM整流器故障发生率高和二极管不控整流器功率因数低、电流谐波含量高、转矩脉动大等问题。文中首先详细分析了该整流器的工作原理和输入电流、输出电压特性。随后,结合永磁同步风力发电系统,讨论了ATRU与风力发电机组之间的关系,给出了ATRU在风电场合的设计要求。最后,设计了一套实验系统,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性和ATRU在风电场合应用的可行性。

Abstract:Multi-pulse rectification technique,designed to overcome the high failure ratio of pulse width modulation rectifiers and to improve the low power factor of uncontrollable diode rectifiers,is introduced into wind power system in this paper.Firstly,a new simple structure,high reliability and high power factor twelve-pulse automatic-transformer rectifier is proposed.The operational principle,characteristics of input current and output voltage of the proposed rectifier are analyzed in detail.Secondly,combined with the permanent magnetic synchronous generation wind power system,efforts are done to illustrate the relationship between the automatic-transformer rectifier and the wind turbine,after which the design details of automatic-transformer rectifier are obtained.The correctness of the theoretical analysis is validated using practical experiments performed by an experimental wind power system at last,and the results indicate the feasibility of using autotransformer rectifier in wind power applications.
