摘    要:采用自制的振动注射试验装置注射成型高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)制件,探讨振动频率、振动压力幅度对HDPE注塑件屈服强度、断裂伸长率、拉伸弹性模量和冲击强度的影响。结果表明,振动使得注塑件的综合力学性能得到改善;不同温度下振动频率或振动压力幅度对注塑件力学性能的影响程度不同,但其影响趋势是一致的。

Abstract:The high density polyethylene(HDPE) sample was processed by using the self-made vibration injection device. Effects of vibration frequency and vibration pressure amplitude on yield strength, elongation at break, modules of elasticity in tension and impact strength of injected HDPE samples were explored. The results showed that vibration was favorable for the increase of all over mechanical properties. The affecting degree of vibration frequency or vibration pressure amplitude on the mechanical properties at different temperature was dissimilar, but the affecting trend was consistent .
