| 摘 要： | 分析了影响机械密封可靠性的主要因素，阐明了采用Monte Carlo法求解随机问题可靠度的基本原理。给出了将产生的随机数组换算成服从一定分布规律的数组的方法。以某工况下机械密封环磨损可靠性的评价为例，详细说明了Monte Carlo法的应用，并将机械密封作为串连系统提出了系统整体可靠性的求法。

| Abstract: | The main factors influencing the reliability of mechanical seal were analyzed,and the fundamentals to solve the stochastic problems with Monte Carlo method were summarized. The conversion method to change the random numbers to the numbers which submit to certain distribution function was given. The abrasion reliability estimation method of the seal rings was discussed. And the reliability computing method of the whole system was mentioned by regarding the mechanical seal as a cascade system. |
