摘    要:甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒是甜菜夜蛾的一种重要病原微生物,仅对甜菜夜蛾有特效,为了进一步扩大其杀虫谱窄,文章开展了复合型甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒杀虫剂配方的研究。从多种生物源药剂中,筛选得到了对甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒具有较强增效作用药剂-虫酰肼。并采用等效线法获得了两者的最佳配比为15∶2,为联合应用这两种药剂开发新型生物杀虫剂提供了参考。

Mixture Ratios Screening of Compound SENPV

Abstract:Spodoptera exigua Nucleopolyhedrovirus only infected beet armywonn(Spodoptera exigua)as a kind of important pathogenic microorganisms. In order to expand its insecticidal spectrum, compound SENPV was studied. The results showed that that tebufenozide had an obvious synergistic effect on the SENPV. The optimal mixture ratios were determined with the equivalent line method. The optimal proportion was 15 : 2 in combination of SpltNPV and emamection benaoate. The results laid a solid foundation for further application.
