摘    要:由于烧结生产的特殊性,生石灰、白云石及除尘灰等小颗粒干物料用量较大,在皮带机倒运过程中,导致一次混合机区域产生大量粉尘,粉尘排放浓度严重超标,操作环境极差,通过对原工艺布局进行优化并对混合机进料端密封进行整改,区域扬尘现象得到有效遏制,同时有效降低了区域设备故障率。

Abstract:In production of sinter, because of large quantity of small dry particles such as quick lime, dolo- mite and dust - removing powder being used, a great amount of powder dust appears in primary mixer area and its discharging density gets seriously super over the standard and the operation environment very bad. By optimizing the original process layout and reforming the sealing of entrance head of mixer, the flying dust phenomenon gets effectively improved and the equipments breakdown rate reduced.
