正交试验优选半枝莲总黄酮提取工艺研究

摘    要:通过L16(45)正交试验优选超声辅助半仿生提取半枝莲总黄酮工艺条件。结果显示,芦丁标准品浓度在0.01~0.05 mg/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9993);最佳提取条件:超声功率80 W、时间35 min、料液质量比1∶35、温度60℃、乙醇体积分数80%,此条件下总黄酮平均提取率最高,为3.01%。经验证结果可靠,采用超声辅助半仿生提取方法简单、安全、快速。

Abstract:Using orthogonal design method and adopting L16 (45) table, the optimum extraction process of total flavonoids from Scutellaria flavonoid was carried out by using ultrasound - assisted barbata semi - bionic extraction. The results showed that the concentration of turin standard 0. 01 -0. 05 mg/mL range and the absorbance was a good linear relationship ( r = 0. 9993 ). The optimal process conditions were determined that ultrasonic power was 80 W, ultrasonic time was 35 min, the material - liquid ratio was 1 : 35, extraction temperature was 60 ℃, and volume fraction of ethanol was 80%. Under this condition, the average extraction rate of total flavone was the highest of 3.01%. With the optimum conditions, it was a proven and reliable results. The ultrasound - assisted semi - bionic extraction method was simple, safe and fast.
