摘    要:采用“三高,一低”的设计思路,开发出了一种RH用新型脱硫剂。新型脱硫剂具有较强的脱硫能力,其脱硫效果优于现场使用的石灰60%-萤石40%均为(质量分数)脱硫剂。并且新型脱硫剂满足少氟的设计要求,具有脱硫速度快,对钢液碳含量的影响小,对真空室插入管耐火材料浸蚀轻的优点。

Abstract:Taking the new design concept-"three high and one low" a new desulphurizer in possession of higher desulphurization capacity has been developed for RH vacuum treatment.The new desulphurizer is superior over the on-site used desulphurizer w(60 % lime stone and 40 % fluorite) in its desulpurization efficiency and characterized by the advantages of less F as design required,high speed desulphurization and insignificant influence on the carbon content in steel as well as light corrosion on the refractory material of the snorkel of the vacuum chamber.
