| Abstract: | Analyzes the existing risk of the electricity charges collection in electric power market, puts forward the countermeasures of using multiple ways such as the technology, management and the law, adopts prevention and track before and after the event occuring, constructs the stereoscopic work system of the electricity charges collection. Through changing concept, providing high -quality service and marketing and distributing strategies to develop the electric power market, prevents effectively the risk of electricity charges collection. |
