全液压式随钻震击器的研制与应用

摘    要:针对钻井过程中常见的井下卡钻事故,研制了新型全液压式随钻震击器。该震击器主要由连接机构、机械锁紧机构、扭矩传递机构、打击机构和密封机构等部件组成。全液压式随钻震击器是一种上下击为一体的新型井下解卡工具,实际操作时,若在起钻过程中遇卡,则启动下击解卡;若在下钻时遇卡或钻头在井底遇卡,则启动上击解卡。厂内台架试验及现场应用结果显示,整套震击器设计合理,机械锁紧力线性稳定,液压延迟时间稳定,能充分满足现场使用要求。

Development and application of the fully hydraulic while-drilling bumper sub
Abstract:In light of the commonly seen downhole breakdown of drilling pipe sticking in the drilling process,the new-type fully hydraulic while-drilling bumper sub was developed.The sub mainly consists of connecting mechanism,mechanical latch mechanism,torque transmission mechanism,striking and sealing devices.It is a kind of new-type pipe-freeing tool characterized by the integration of up-down striking.In practical operation,the down-striking mechanism can be started to unfreeze the stuck pipe if the sticking happens in the pulling out process.The up-striking mechanism can be started to free the bit freezing if the sticking happens in the going-down process or the bit gets stuck in the bottom hole.The factory bench test and the field application indicate that the design of the whole bumper sub is reasonable,the mechanical locking force is linearly stable,and the hydraulic delay time is stable,thus satisfying the requirement of the field application.
