航天器电子元器件疲劳寿命分析

摘    要:为研究空间环境效应对航天器电子设备元器件疲劳寿命的影响,应用Miner累积损伤理论及三带宽技术,根据表贴元器件经历的试验、发射和在轨运行等实际环境进行振动及热疲劳寿命分析.给出振动及热循环疲劳寿命的计算方法,并以某BGA(Ball Grid Array)器件为例进行分析.该方法可为长寿命、高可靠的航天器电子设备抗力学及热设计提供分析途径.

Abstract:To study the effect of space environment on the fatigue life of spacecraft electronic components, the Miner cumulative damage theory and the three band technology are used to analyze the vibration and thermal fatigue life span according to the experienced environment such as test, launch, motion on orbit and so on. A calculation method on the analysis of vibration and thermal fatigue life is proposed and a BGA(Ball Grid Array) component is taken as an example to perform the analysis. The method is an analysis way for the anti mechanics and thermal design on long life space electronic equipment with high reliability.
