二氧化钛保护膜在荧光灯中的应用

摘    要:通过Sol—Gel工艺在荧光灯玻管内壁制备透明纳米二氧化钛薄膜,膜层结构致密,晶粒粒径细小而均一,与常规的纳米三氧化二铝薄膜相比,能以更小的厚度发挥更好的保护作用。不涂荧光粉的9W无铅螺旋管带罩荧光灯燃点600h发黑试验以及扫描电子显微镜照片表明,与未涂保护膜的荧光灯相比,使用该工艺薄膜的荧光灯,其1000h光衰降低幅度达10%以上。另外,二氧化钛保护膜具有吸收紫外光而对可见光有较好的透过率的性能,能大幅减少紫外线泄露,提高荧光灯使用的生物安全性。

Abstract:A transparent process, has a dense fil nano-titanium dioxide film, which is coated in the inner wall of lamp tube through Sol-Gel m structure, small and uniform grain size. Compared with the conventional nano-aluminum ess. whi protective film without phosphor powder, show the 1,000h lumen decay of lamp coated with film can be reduced by more than 10% , compared with the lamp without the protective film. The SEM photos of that ch are coated in different the said titanium dioxide In addition, the titanium dioxide protective fihn has a better performance of absorbing ultraviolet radiation and transmitting visible light,it can significantly reduce the UV leakage, and improve the biological safety of the lamp.
