燃烧器和二次风对超超临界锅炉燃烧特性影响

摘    要:为了研究超超临界锅炉炉内燃烧特性,采用CFX-TASCFLOW软件对1台1 000 MW超超临界双切圆燃烧方式锅炉的流场、温度场和炉内氧量及污染物浓度的变化进行了数值模拟,得到了在不同燃烧器投运方式以及不同的二次风配风方式下锅炉炉内的温度变化和氧量、CO、NO等沿高度方向的浓度变化。分析表明,燃烧器投运方式会影响炉内温度水平和烟气中CO和NO的浓度,而二次风配风方式主要对出口处烟气的CO和NO浓度变化有较明显的影响。
