| Abstract: | The synthesis methods of polyhydroxyalkanoates(PHA) are introduced. The microbial strains, carbon sources and extraction separation for microbial synthesis,and the method lowering production cost of PHA are also discussed. As a kind of PHA, the PHB' property and its modification study are described. The applications of PHA in biomedical, agricultural, electric and food packaging fields are presented. |
