非晶晶化法制备纳米双相α-Fe/Nd_2Fe_(14)B磁性粉体的研究

摘    要:本文在NMS-Ⅱ磁粉生产设备上,研究非晶晶化工艺因素(快淬速度、晶化温度和晶化时间)对Nd2(Fe,Co,Zr)14B磁粉磁性能和组织的影响。并通过振动样品磁强计(VSM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等分析工艺因素对Nd2(Fe,Co,Zr)14B磁粉的磁性能及纳米晶形成的影响规律。经分析确定较好的工艺为:以17 m.s-1速度快淬获得非晶并粉碎,随后氩气保护下730℃晶化20 min;获得的磁性能为:Br=7.620 kGsj、Hc=8.321 kOe(、BH)max=10.019 MGOe。

Abstract:In this paper,with Nd2(Fe,Co,Zr)14B powder prepared by the latest domestic NMS-Ⅱ production equipment,the effects of amorphous and crystalline processing parameters including rapidly quenching speed,crystalline temperature and time on magnetic properties and microstructure are studied,whinh are analyzed by VSM,XRD and TEM.The results show that the optimal process is that the amorphous power can be obtained by crystallized at 730 ℃ for 20 minutes under the protection of argon gas after rapid-quenching by the speed at 17m·s-1 and broken up.Its best magnetic properties is Br=7.620 kGs,jHc=8.321 kOe,(BH)max=10.019 MGOe.
