摘    要:研究了聚合氯化铝、壳聚糖和3种羧甲基壳聚糖(N-羧甲基壳聚糖、N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖和O-羧甲基壳聚糖)絮凝剂对污泥的脱水性能作用。实验结果表明,羧甲基壳聚糖作为絮凝剂对污泥进行脱水时,形成的絮体强度大,不易破碎,对污泥脱水的效果明显好于普通絮凝剂。在3种所研究的羧甲基壳聚糖中,N-羧甲基壳聚糖对污泥的脱水效果最好,污泥比阻抗最低,与未加絮凝剂时相比,含水率从99.1%下降到73%,污泥的体积减少为原来的1/30,热值提高为原来的40倍。

Abstract:The effects of some flocculants such as polyaluminium chloride, chitosan and the other 3 carboxymethyl chitosan(N-carboxymethyl chitosan, N,O-carboxymethyl chitosan and O-carboxymethyl chitosan) on the dewatering performance of sludge were studied. The results of the test show that: when used as a flocculant, the dewatering effect of carboxymethyl chitosan on sludge is obviously better than that of other ordinary flocculants because its floccules has higher intensity and is harder to break up. Toward the said 3 types of carboxymethyl chitosan, N-carboxymethyl chitosan has the best dewatering effects on sludge and the lowest sludge specific resistance, compared with the situation without flocculant, the moisture content decreases from 99.1% to 73%, the volume of sludge is decreased by a factor of 30, and the heat value increases 40 times.
