逆流型旋转填料床的液泛实验研究

摘    要:对同心圆环碟片填料旋转床在气液两相沿径向逆流条件下进行空气 水体系液泛实验 ,定性分析气流量、液流量、转速对逆流型旋转填料床液泛的影响。液泛实验表明 :随气流量、液流量、转速的增加 ,逆流型旋转填料床的正常操作范围将缩小 ;液泛出现在喷水管与填料床内径之间的区域 ;液泛的主要表现形式是气相夹带液滴 ;在正常操作到发生液泛的过程中气相压降、液相夹带量连续增加 ,与传统填料床明显不同

Abstract:Liquid flooding of air-water system was studied in rotating packed bed using waved-form disk plate in which gas and liquid were under countercurrent.The effect of gas flux, liquid flux and rotating speed on liquid flooding of countercurrent rotating packed bed was analyzed qualitatively. The experimental results showed that the more liquid flux, gas flux and rotating speed, the less normal work scope was in the countercurrent rotating packed bed, that liquid flooding appeared in the area between liquid sprayer and interior diameter of packed bed, that the main form of liquid flooding was the liquid phase being carried by gas phase and that when the process was changed from normal work scope to liquid flooding, both the pressure drop of gas phase and the carried liquid quantity were continuously increased, which is different from that in those traditional packed bed.
