摘    要:对高磷赤铁矿的反浮选降磷新型药剂RFP-138进行了系统的试验评价研究。胶磷矿和赤铁矿的单矿物及人工混合矿浮选试验结果证明RFP-138阴离子捕收剂是高磷赤铁矿的有效反浮选降磷药剂, 可以将磷含量从1.05%降至0.12%, 有效实现胶磷矿与赤铁矿的分离。

Abstract:Systematic evaluation on RFP-138, a new reverse-flotation collector to lower the phosphorus content in a high-phosphorus hematite ore, was conducted. Flotation tests on single minerals and artificially mixed minerals of collophanite and hematite show that, this anionic collector perform excellent in reducing the phosphorus content in hematite, as it can be reduced from 1.05% to 0.12%, and an effective separation of collophanite and hematite can be actualized.
