弓长岭选矿厂浮选柱提纯磁选精矿工业试验研究

摘    要:弓长岭选矿厂是国内最早开展阳离子反浮选工艺进行提铁降硅研究与实践的企业, 虽然铁精矿品位从64%提高到68.89%, 但工艺流程环节多、顺行难度大。为进一步提高铁精矿质量与金属回收率, 降低生产成本与消耗, 将浮选柱技术用于磁铁精矿反浮选中, 工业试验取得了铁品位69.15%、SiO2含量2.65%的高质量铁精矿, 该工艺具有流程简短、技术指标优异、节能降耗等特点。

Abstract:Gongchangling Concentrator is the first enterprise to employ cationic reverse flotation technology to increase iron grade and reduce silicon content, and it has successfully increased the iron grade from 64% to 68.89%, yet, there were too many processes in the flowsheet which brought problems hindering the smooth progress. In order to increase the quality of iron concentrate and the metal recovery, and to reduce costs and consumption, flotation column was introduced to the reverse flotation of concentrate from magnetic separation. A high-quality iron concentrate with an iron grade of 69.15% and a SiO2 content of 2.65% was obtained in a commercial test, and the technique has characteristics of being simple in flowsheet, excellent in technical indexes and efficient in energy saving and reduced in consumption.
